Processing of personal data
On this day, 02/04/2024, the following policy has been established for BM System.
Purpose
Your privacy is important to us. You should be able to feel secure when you entrust us with your personal data. That’s why we’ve established this policy. It’s based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and your privacy.
The purpose of this policy is to let you know how we process your personal data, what we use it for, who can access it and under what conditions, and how you can exercise your rights.
Background
We process your personal data primarily in order to fulfil our obligations to you. Our starting point is to process no more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, and we always endeavour to use data that is least sensitive.
We also need your personal data to provide you with a good service, for example in terms of marketing, follow-up and information. We may also need your personal data in order to comply with legislation and perform customer and market analyses.
You have the right to object to our use of personal data for direct marketing purposes. When we gather personal data about you for the first time, we will provide you with more information regarding the process and how you can object to it.

Is your personal data processed in a secure manner?
We develop routines and working methods to ensure that your personal data is processed securely. As a rule, only employees and other persons within the organisation who need the personal data to perform their duties should have access to it.
For sensitive personal data, we have put in place specific authorisation controls, which provide a higher level of protection for your personal data.
Our security systems are designed with your privacy in mind and provide a high level of protection against intrusion, destruction and other changes that could jeopardise your privacy.
We have several IT security policies in place to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
We do not transfer personal data in cases other than those explicitly stated in this policy.
When do we disclose your personal data?
Our policy is not to disclose your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to it or unless it is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. In cases where we disclose personal data to third parties, we draw up confidentiality agreements and ensure that the personal data is processed in a secure manner.
